I placed an order on 12-14-2017. For a JVC RM-SUXGN6J. Other than the paid in full receipt that was automatically generated I have received no other notifications from this company. It is now 01-02-2018. I had to call to get an update on the status of my order. I was just told they was expecting it in two day. Which is the fourth,but the young man on the phone keep saying " they would have it by the 5th". Then I still have to wait for them to ship it to me. I informed the person in a professional manner that as a company ,they should have emailed me about the issues. I then informed them of my intentions of leaving a negative review about this incident. Once I receive the remote I MAY edit my review I will never do business with this company again. I do not recommend anyone to do business with them. I take customer service very serious,and they should too. You may have a better experience but be leary . To replacement remotes of Winston Salem NC. Where they are located . DON'T advertise fast service , shipping or any other items you can't back. Own this mistake, your poor customer service,lack of responsibility and overall neglect to run your "business" ,has gotten you this review. I believe I have been more than fair with my patience , but nineteen days as of today is ridiculously long. **1-8-2018 Update : still no remote of call from this company. I tried to call today at 3:50pm . Since I can not get a response from this company I am now filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I will also file a complaint with the NC State Attorney General office.. more updates coming
***1-17-2018 Update : finally a response that my remote is being shipped today... learn from my mistake . DON'T SHOP HERE... I had to get pay pal and the Attorney General Office involved to get anyone that results. This should have never had to go this far to be resolved....
Fantastic Product, at an affordable price!!! Thank You, Dan's Electronics & you're company Anderic. If it wasn't for you, many folks' older, no longer supported products would be junk. Such as my two quality Hunter fans made back in the day. When my Hunter Grand Isle quit working, I discovered it had voltage to the receiver but not coming out. So I looked up Hunter part no. 85112-02 only to find that all old inventory has been exhausted. I also have a Hunter Rosemount with the same internals. So luckily, I discovered Dan's with their Anderic line, which makes new replacements. The receiver, FAN2R, & corresponding remote, UC7078T, work great. I originally bought the kit but Dan's created me a new invoice with the parts billed separately because it was $5 cheaper. What a company! Upon receiving, it was plug & play, except the wires going to the lights. Unless you have the same connectors on your light wires, most will have to cut the connectors off & just wire nut the ends together. Other than that, it works even better than the original, due to it remembering the settings when powered off at the switch, not defaulting to light on, fan off, or fan clockwise when signaled, every time the wall switch is turned off/on. Now, it remembers my last settings & that's what comes on when turning the switch back on. No more lights on when the power goes out & comes back on too! Also doesn't have interference with LED bulbs, which I had to run at least one filament bulb w/LEDs before to stop the flicker. Nice to have those bugs worked out. A couple years back I purchased a few of the Hunter 85095-01 remotes for my fans before that inventory ran out. Looks like I'll get the chance to sell a couple on ebay now. Don't need them with this new receiver. I feel better knowing that if anything happens to my Rosemount next, replacements are there. Read moreThis is a long overdue (September 28, 2021) review regarding stellar customer service I received when purchasing a replacement receiver for my ceiling fan. From the pictures and descriptions, I could not determine if the product I viewed online was indeed the product that met the specifications of the receiver needed to repair a ceiling fan, so I opted to call, expecting to hear a recording. After the initial message, a representative (Eric?) was soon on the line. Within moments though, the call was dropped. I immediately called back on my home phone. While listening through the initial message again, a call came to my cell phone, which read the number as spam and silenced the call. I glanced at my phone and realized that it was Dan's Electronics attempting to reach me through the cell phone. At that point, the call made on the home phone made it through to the company. Eric was patient with me while I climbed a ladder to describe to him the number and color of wires in the receiver, still attached to the fan.
