I had my IPad 2 repaired here before and everything went well. I made the mistake of taking my almost new iPhone 7 to get fix because I cracked my screen. Major mistake! I went in with a cracked IPhone 7 screen and came out with other Internal issues. First, my home button was sticking out. They took the phone to the back to try to fix it and when they brought it back out, the resolution on the phone was all jacked up. I was advised to bring my phone back the next day (it was already after 5pm) and they would give me a free tempered glass. They next day, I came back and was advised that the screen used on my phone was incorrect and causing the issues. They said they would order new screens and call me when the screens got in. After waiting 4 days my phone was so disfuctional until it was frustrating. So I did what I should've did in the first place; ordered a replacement from apple! I called today and asked for a refund ($106) and was told they would have to uninstall the disfunctional screen but they do not have my previous screen to replace it with. I just think they were giving me a hard time because of course I need a screen to get a replacement. So instead of paying the $175 for the replacement from apple, I had to pay $106 plus the $175. I guess that's what I get for trying to save a few bucks. This company is good for quick fixes on your old devices but I do not recommend any new or expensive devices. Just save yourself the trouble, pay the extra money and have the real professionals do the job.

Wow, what an amazing service I’ve received at the Dundee location. My wife took my son’s phone a few months back because he broke his screen and she went to them and boy was she impressed with the service she received. I had issues with my iPhone were lint gets trapped in the charging port and it has the symptoms of the port going bad. I took it to T-Mobile and they said they don’t do any services to the phones and suggest to take to apple store. I had been with charging difficulties for almost 2 weeks and I had woken up in the mornings with an iPhone not charged at all. I told her about it and I was still upset about it and annoyed because I do take excellent care of my electronics and vehicle. My wife said take it to CPR it’s worth a shot to see what they said. I went in late to work today and said why not let’s give it a shot. I was in and out within 25 minutes not only was my issues fixed, my case had a small chip in it that eventually spidered out and I asked him about screen protectors and I said I bought it about a year ago and it was an invisible shield he gladly said great they have lifetime warranty just pull up your registered email and that’s all it takes. I was blown away for such an honest, quick, effective service. I invested 20$ for a new screen protector, a clean charging port, ended up being a lot of lint in the port charging slot. He also gave me recommendations on how to minimized the amount of lint being trapped. Wouldn't even rate them 1 star, have brought multiple phones to this place to get fixed and the prices are outrageous, they use cheap glass don't even use the correct glass for phones and all 4 phones I have gotten fixed here break for no reason had one sitting on the dresser charging and the screen just shattered for no reason and it wasn't even within 24 hours of having my phone back and they wouldn't fix the screen at all. This place sucks. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. And it was the high quality glass because I paid 375 for the repair. And you left debris under the screen there like little sand particles cause you can feel them. And the phones before that you didn't even properly sit the display because I got them back with the screen...
