I thought Id shared as a long term customer. Our family has been buying appliances from here since 2021and we have had great deals, and great service from them. The prices are very reasonable, plus they will deliver and install it. They have a 60 day warranty where they offer to fix your appliance or swap for aomething similar. We had to use the warranty on the fridge we bought which had stopped getting cold. the worker who came to help us knew exactly what the problem is- and said that it was a simple problem that causes a lot of people who buy fridges at full prices to get rid of them, but since they work on these discarded appliances, he knew exactly what to look for. They have have a show room and an outdiirs secrion of their store-- but just because something isnt inside doesnt mean its not gonna work well, ir not gonna be delivered clean and ready to go. Weve never gotten a dirty appliance, they are quick and reliable with installation. Sometimes it does take a bit to get in contact with them, but they have a small staff, its understandable.- but weve never needed to go up there to get thier attention. I will keep buying appliances from them, and i always recommend them to family and friends, and really anyone who is looking for something they would have.

I bought a washer wnd dryer from these people a year ago. When it was delivered, the dryer wouldn't spin. I did not know this when the men were still here. It was impossible to get anyone on the phone, so I had to drive up there to speak to someone. I was told something with the dryer must have been damaged in transit. It was not. A belt was burned and was replaced.

I had more problems later with it, and again had to drive over there to speak to someone, because I wasn't able to get anyone on the phone. I then was told that there was nothing they would do because the warranty was up. I had to call a different repair service, and the man was disgusted at the appearence of the insides of the computer parts of the machine, and told me "I can't believe they sold you something like this" and said there was no possibility that it had gotten that bad within the few months I'd had it, and they just sold me a bad machine. (He knew I bought it used.)

Also, when they came to repair the belt the first time, they set a specific appointment time, and no one showed up at all that day. No communication whatsoever. I called the next day to initiate contact, and all they said was "Oh, sorry. Someone will come tomorrow."

Please save yourself aggravation and give your money to...

It's no secret that today's prices for new appliances are absurd - especially considering that the quality just isn't great right out of the box these days. That's why many of us seek businesses that recycle and sell used, and that can also be a gamble. With Hernandez Used Appliances, it's a safe bet. When I needed a washing machine, from the beginning Arlo was very helpful in helping me over the phone to arrange delivery next day. When they brought it out, they not only were prompt and professional, but they were thorough and were very considerate in telling me to run the machine empty on a cycle, since they had cleaned it, to fully remove any residue. The washer performed great for months, but did need to be repaired after some time so I called them to do the repair. Arlo went above and beyond to help get it running right again. He also kindly helped me realize some things that needed to be corrected on our end to make sure the machine would keep running smoothly. All in all, my impression is that this business is run by people who are skilled and efficient - and most importantly, care about their customers. We will purchase...
