I attend the force in winter haven, FL & might I say this is a phenomenal organization with highly dependable staffing. I want to give a strong shoutout to Mr. George for staying on top of getting me placed into classes & ensuring I had the proper tools to be successful once in placed. Howard Geller is hands down untouchable when it comes to those in class fundamentals. Coming into truck drivers training not knowing what to expect he gave you that welcoming space to ask and retain all information being thrown your way. The instructors on the track are by far the best special shoutout to Steven P. (Scuba) & Charlie their guidance & patience with even the slightest details are so impactful. They allow you to find your own way while guiding you on the path to success I could not ask for better instructors by my side . Our head instructor Steve K. Makes you want to go 10X harder just knowing he wants & expects nothing but the best respecting your learning process while still pushing you to your full potential. Oh &let me not forget Mr. Torrin & Mr Steve R. taking a road test with these guys makes you feel like you got this even when you have never driven before the ride is so smooth with the clear directions being given. Steven R. Is a road test wizard when it comes to getting you on track to becoming a truly professional driver.The whole experience is just so mind blowing & absolutely fun I have had an amazing time learning while enjoying myself. I just finished my road test and i want to give a few shout outs. These intructors are truley committed to help you pass to get your CDL. I worked with almost all the instructors and each one of them showed patience and guidance. Travis worked with me diligently he made me feel confident and had confidence in me even when i didnt feel confident this is something that not every school can do they do it with ease ! Charlie was amazing hes dedicated to make you understand and is filled with insight on how to manuever the truck and trailer. The lead instructor stephen went out of his way to make sure he prioritized my on the road practice he checked in everyday with us all hes an amazing lead instructor and leads his team by example. Steve the road instructor makes you feel conftable being on the road for the first time can be extremely nerve wrecking but he makes it light hearted fun and safe hes got some good jokes too helps with those new drivers who never been in a truck before to get the jitters out. And it all starts with howie he is the beggining prepping us preparing us to succeed. All these instructors work great with one another for a common goal and thats for you to have fun be safe and pass all your tests the recipe they have works! These guys stand on that hot track all day in the sun with one common goal and thats to make you not just pass but to make sure your safe and comfy doing it! I'm beyond happy with my decision to train at FleetForce. This school lived up to my expectations and delivered the tools & resources I needed to pass the skills test.

The curriculum was straightforward and well-rounded, but I also felt sufficiently challenged to develop new skills and learn unfamiliar concepts.

Operating a tractor-trailer was awkward, frustrating, and embarrassing at times, but the instructors were super patient and I could tell that they sincerely wanted me to succeed. Many times I felt like I was giving them a hard time, but they remained patient day after day. They would rephrase their instructions, try different approaches, and work as a team to "show me the way," so to speak.

All things considered, I had a great time and I enjoyed training at FleetForce. I also met some new people along the way. This school helped me gain the fundamental skills I needed to pass the test and get an entry-level truck driving job. I highly recommend...
