Recoil Sporting Goods — Local services in Winterstown

I am not the kind of guy to mess up a places solid 5 stars. I was sincerely unhappy with this place from the Oaks gun show. The one owner at the show gave me forms that I filled out quickly and I sat there for ab 30-40 mins while he watched a guy try to smash a sight off an old gun.

I gave the other guy the card to pay took 2 mins. The original owner I went back to I was questionable about how he knew where to send my gun to in Jersey. He said get my FFL to email him his license which my FFL did 2 minutes later.

I asked him to confirm if he got it, he then told me he’ll look at the end of the day he’s sure he got it.

3 weeks later, I’ve called recoil 3 times to finally hear they just never shipped my gun because they didn’t know where it’s going after I told them to confirm.

Summary, could care less to talk to me at the show, took my payment gladly and once they had that I was a lost thought.
