Dawson Tire went above anything I could hope for in a Tire Service! First they answered the phone (you would be surprised how many service companies dont), I told them I was an older handicapped woman and I had a flat tire, was there anyone there that could come change a Tire and put the spare on and they said they would someone to help. (I live 11 miles from Pilger and another 10 miles to Wisner. Brandon arrived in about a half hour and really had to put some work into getting the flat tire off, getting the spare from under the truck, and of course it needed air so he did all that and I asked him to take flat tire with him to see if it could be repaired. He told me there wasn't much tread on it and I admitted that I needed 4 new tires but was on disability and needed the money for rent brakes. The next day I went to Dawson tire to have an oil change and get my tire back on. And the manager and Brandon came in to tell me that they didn't really want to put a bald tire back on my truck and they had found me a great deal on all terrain all season radial with at least 1/2 life in them. They also gave this old lady a break on the service charge. When I left I couldn't have been happier (which is a rarity for most women after going to a service statio) and now I know I can make it through winter with these tires. I would rate them 10 stars plus plus. And everyone there...

The people here are top notch. Very thorough on tire inspection, easy to communicate with and extremely knowledgeable about tires. Even had to file a claim with my tire/road hazard claim provider. They remembered me and got me the info required and sent it to me so that I could file my reimbursement claim. Now...
