I had the worst experience here. Very poor customer service. Please avoid this place. They scammed me with unnecessary repairs worth over $8,500. I brought my truck and after diagnostic revealed extrem smoke caused by ball gear according to the service Manager. I asked him to check the Turbo because my truck was losing power and had smoke. He stated that the Turbo was tested and functions well. After working on 36hrs, it turns out that was not the issue at all because ballgear was definitely not the issued. They only needed to change me the 36hrs x $95 per/h I picked up my truck assuming it's fixed then I found out they left some parts untightened. They later apologized and added extra day to work on it. Hence I am spending out of pocket for transportation back and forth and hotel expenses. My truck broke down after leaving this shop in 30 minutes and decided to tow it to a different location for further diagnosis and repair. The issue was the Turbo afterall and I was charged new services and parts. It's driving like a champ. I am now considering legal counsel to claim that money and a total of 4wks pay while my truck...

We had just purchased an RV and only driven about 20 miles when a tire blew. Not only did the tire shred, but also ripped wires out from underneath. We were fortunate enough to be across the highway from I-65 Truck & Accesories. We went over to see if it would be alright to park in their lot while we tried to figure out what to do since we were still 150 miles from home and the other 3 tires were in the same shape. They immediately offered help. They didn't have the size tire we needed, but called a shop in another town and had them delivered! They put the spare on to get the RV into their garage, put all 4 tires on and we're on our way. The.entire staff were very courteous and professional. I came to this shop to get my exhaust system upgraded to a 7 inch aftermarket system. I was told fabrication would be needed to fit the system to my truck. The 2 technicians did a great job with the fabrication my truck needed. The complaint I have with the techs is they said they needed to paint the brackets they made so they wouldn't rust, which they DID NOT do. After they finish I go to pay and I'm surprised to find out I have to pay double the labor because I had 2 techs working on my truck. So instead of paying for the actual time it took to do the install they charged me the labor for 2 tech, so instead of being charged for 7 hours which is how long the job took they charged me for 14 hours of labor. I understand my truck needed extra work to fit the exhaust to it but double the labor? Didn't find that out until I was paying, no advanced...
