Great customer service! Last month my SUV went in for a windshield replacement because of a crack that due to its placement couldn't be filled. They replaced the windshield and I was able to pick it up same day. While driving the following day I noticed that there was an imperfection in the glass that was in my line of sight. Upon reaching out they said to bring it back, took a look at it and immediately offered to fix it. (They explained that imperfections sometimes occur and that they are hard to spot under the lights in the shop and/or become noticeable upon driving.) They had to order another windshield and wait for it to come in but a week later they had the windshield replaced and my SUV back to me in the same day again. Everyone was very kind and helpful! It’s not whether you make mistakes, it’s how you handle them when you do. I had a windshield replacement and unfortunately there was a small problem with the install. And due the the placement of the issue, it went undetected for 10 months. Once the issue was realized, it was quite extensive and expensive. Granite State Glass management went out to look at my truck (at the dealership) the day after I reported it to them. They put me in a rental right away and while it was a couple weeks process, the ultimately paid every penny (well north of 10g’s) to repair my truck. Honest, upfront and checked in on me throughout the process. The only dollar I spent was 100 for rental place to hold and I got that back once I returned the car. Well Done all around!! I have been buying my glass from Granite State Glass for about 10 years. I try to buy local since we live in the community and don't mind paying a bit more.

The last 2 orders have been very disappointing. Wrong size, wrong cuts, delay after delay. This week's order should have been a slam dunk... a simple piece of glass to cover a coffee bar. I was told 2 days max. It took a week and the price was 60% more for the same piece of glass I could have bought in Rochester with a 24 hour turn around.

There is a reason you only rate 3.5 ☆'s..... average quality, average service, at 50 to 60% higher prices. I guess I would call this a divorce. Rochester...
