My first time there and my last. I was in there for over an hour and could not find but 2 of things that I had coupons for. Good heavens don't try to ask anyone for help they are so rude. It's I don't know I don't stock the shelves or I'm going on break or ask someone else. What the he**. I gave up and went to check out and that was the only bright spot in the whole experience. The cashier I think her name was Penny. She was so nice and cheerful and offered to have someone go get the stuff I wanted after I told her of my experience while trying to find what was on my shopping list but by that time I just wanted to go. If you shop there pay close attention to your receipt because I didn't get credit for some of the coupons that I had. This store is clean and well stocked. The bakery staff has gone over and above to help us . If you are looking for something special they do their best to take care of you Although they may not have the ingredients that you need to make like for instance a Pinocolada cake Because they had no pineapple but they made a killer boston cream pie. And if you need a fancy cake, they do scrolling piping on the side of the cake very skilled. It's a very good bakery that i can not rant enough about. Stephanie and Keith are on it! With great service, great ideas of how to make your baked goods special. And that deli had some great selections. The meat department grinds the best breakfast and Italian sausage, and them jalapeño cheddar brats are stupid! The best ever kids! My favorite schnucks...

I like this Schnucks, and recently moved to WR. Usually everyone is friendly, but today I went to pick up an order of fish (I called it in). A black girl was behind the counter, I told her I was there to pick up an order of fish. She says "tell her, I'm bakery". The fish was done and waiting for me in a bag. I was pretty sure it was mine, but she disappeared and the other lady was waiting on another customer. I waited patiently, then a man stepped out from the back, the black girl say something to him, and he says, "it's right here." Just what I thought.
