.....I'm becoming more of a seasoned "antique hunter," and after my recent visit, Ron's Consignments is a: "Must Visit" for this area! I was referred to visit the Woodbine antique centers by friends, and there are two. Ron's is as varied as any good antique mall is, and surprised me by having one of the best glass sections I've ever seen! Some stuff is rare and expensive, some stuff is priced inexpensively. My wife loves glass, so she was in her glory going through all of the pieces. I was stunned to see some of the best typewriters I've ever encountered-Some were even restored! There's a lot of high-quality stuff here-Not too much in the world of estate jewelry that we saw, but lots of just about everything else.
The woman at the desk is a sweetheart and she's very helpful and knows where everything is in the store. (I think her name is Susan?)
We'll be back to visit again-This was a pleasant surprise and a well-organized place that deals in both low and high-end antiques. I highly recommend giving...

Had a great chat with Rob-Ron founded the business with his wife and apparently passed away.
Rob is a wealth of knowledge and the prices in my collecting expertise were reasonable to cheap. Many people walked in calling this a thrift shop. It’s not.
My girlfriend and I actually witnessed a guy try to buy 10 $2.00 magazines for $10.00 then admit that he knew they were worth at least $5-10 per copy. Rob was professional, fair to his dealer and declined the lowball. The guy also complained that he was an antique dealer and wanted to make a bigger profit. Rob has the patience of a saint.
Ron’s is actually an antique mall and features about 10-15 dealers? (Guessing based on booths.)
We’re staying in Cape May and love antique hunting as dealers ourselves in Lancaster. Other than lack of a lot of jewelry, (They do have some amazing black diamond pieces and stuff made from glowing depression glass.) this place BLEW AWAY the overpriced spots in town! ...
Read moreThe prices were pretty high. Like a tiny antique non special book was $40 but on eBay it’s selling for less then half that and when I found the same book down the street at the antique mall for a fraction of the price I knew right there I wouldn’t be visiting this spot again. Don’t get me wrong they have lots of cool stuff and the people that work here are total beautiful sweet souls but the prices are some of the highest I’ve seen and I try to antique all over the tri state area. We left here empty handed, headed down the street to the antique mall and bought a ton of stuff. We saw some of the exact same items in both the antique mall and Rons but his prices were drastically higher.
Y’all can be mad at me a year later for leaving an honest review that you just don’t agree with all you want. Your hurt feelings don’t make this review any less true. It...
