I brought my leaf blower in almost 2 months ago for a part that broke on the starting mechanism. Was quoted $83 out the door, and when I call they tell me it’s $112 now because I have a $25 freight fee. I don’t understand why it took two months to get this thing fixed and yet I’ve got a $25 freight fee. I should’ve known that upfront, because I probably wouldn’t have fixed it and it wouldn’t have been worth it. I think that’s a charge of the company should’ve taking on themselves since they quoted me $83. Nobody called me, I had to call back multiple times to see if it was finished, and I called today and he said yes it’s done. Nobody called me at all to tell me it was even done. Just purchased a new lawn tractor at the Kenn-Feld Woodburn location. Casey Krueckeberg went out of his way to make this transaction simple, easy and painless. No pressure sales and pricing was better than three other John Deere dealerships I checked with.

Casey went over all the features of the tractor before I left the store and made sure all of my questions were answered. What a great representative of the Kenn-Feld Group!

Delivery was free and delivery driver Ron was at my house on time and exactly when I was told he would arrive. Ron was also friendly and courteous during the delivery.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Signed a purchase agreement to buy a used tractor way back in April. I've been very patient as they said they were waiting on the customers new unit to come in. Well 4 months later the salesman calls today and says sorry I don't have a tractor to sell you the customer decided not to trade it in yesterday when we delivered the new unit. So 4 months I could have been looking for something else. And I'm not sure I'm even being told the truth.. prices have of course gone up on everything. When you sign a contract I guess it means nothing. Very poor business. My husband is quadraplegic and the tractor I was buying was to make my life a whole lot easier. Thanks...
