My husband and I are not “techies” but we do rely heavily on our computers. So, when they aren’t working properly we panic. ECSI have helped us in many ways. Probably one of the most important advantages of their business is their remote access capability. We were able to allow ECSI access to our computer screen and they were then able to run diagnostic tests and find a solution to our computer problems. This is a huge benefit to us because prior to working with ECSI we would be without our computers for anywhere from 4-10 days. It was so bothersome we endured using less than optimally running computers rather than taking them in to get repaired.

We also appreciated the way ECSI brought their language down to our level, explained what they needed to, and educated us on technology that would be beneficial to us, including what type of laptop to purchase at the best price. We are involved in a couple of different non-profit organizations and have to manage data in a secure manner and in the most economical way. ECSI helped us with this also.

He will also make sure you fully understand what was wrong with your computer and walk you through the solution and answer any and all questions you have.
