We encountered Hoopla face painting down at the Sphere while we were in Seattle for a birthday party trip. The friendliness of the face painter, and her incredible talent, was absolutely jaw-dropping. As each of the girls got their face painted, their smile beamed from ear to ear, as they saw their face in the mirror! Absolutely beautiful work. One of the top highlights of our trip so far!

We order balloon sculptures from Hoopla for both our kids' birthdays every year, and don't plan on stopping anytime soon. They are amazing! Maki is so talented, it blows me away how she can make anything we request. Look at this photo - Bluey and Bingo look exactly like their cartoon characters! Incredible.

We used Hoopla for our Bakery Birthday celebrations at our Nothing Bundt Cakes locations: Issaquah, WA. & Mill Creek, WA.

Maki and her team were absolutely wonderful! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Communication and service were outstanding. Our guests loved having the balloon twisting and face painting; they still come into the bakeries and talk about it! We will definitely use Hoopla for all of our 2024 celebrations and beyond.

If you are looking for professional & energetic balloon twisters and face painters to elevate your parties, then look no further! Hoopla is the way to go!

We had a wonderful experience with Maki. She was at our door exactly at the time she said she would. She was very professional and set up her space in no time. The kids loved all her options. I asked beforehand if she had any Pokemon themed balloons and face painting, she said she would try to incorporate it and we were happily surprised with what she did. This company accepted our request to serve at our Back to School Supply Giveaway event, as we served the community. We are a Early Learning Child Care Center in Tacoma. The rep they sent out was very professional, timely and patient with all of the children he served. He also did amazing balloon work!
