Mercurys Coffee Co. — Restaurant in Woodinville

PLEASE READ I NEED SUPPORT Around 7:20ish At the Mercury in woodinville on Duvall road I found cut up pieces of hair in my drink by the time I found it I had drink more than half, and there were still hairs floating in my drink. I notified the staff that very morning the director called me the next day only offered me a gift card like I don’t spend $50 here almost every two weeks for years now. Nothing was done about the situation. He had showed me footage to show that there was no sign of hair being put it my drink but the hair in my mouth and drink says otherwise. I had tried to leave a email and seems email was incorrect tried called the directors number and no answer I left a voicemail never got back to me. I’ve seen many others wronged by this place employees choosing their own tip and poor service. As a long time customer I am more than dissatisfied I’m disappointed and feel like my health was put in harms way. I stated that I did not wanna go the legal route as it gets messy but I will not be silenced. If you have been wronged by them as well please comment and we can exchange information they can’t keep running a business like this.

UPDATE To simply say footage was shared is not enough I’ve been going to mercury easily almost 5 years maybe more this location I’ve been going to for going on 4 years straight. I have no reason to say there was hair out in my drink unless there was hair put in my drink. It’s disappointing director reached out again clearly need to speak to someone else as he still hasn’t taken care of my concerns. Had reached back out after a text and nothing. These companies think small people can’t and won’t do anything but this is legally not ok tampering with someone’s drink...

These women are amazing Always in such good moods whether it's early in the morning or late afternoon The customer service is absolutely exceptional I used to own a coffee stand of my own years ago... I would always feel sorry for the girls who worked for us because they never were able to leave and take breaks or go get lunch I bring these girls Costco pizza or crumble cookies... They never know when I'm coming It feels good to give back to such a wonderful amazing group of women they share so much of themselves with the community and it's always good to give something back to them!!!! Being a business owner myself it is very important to have the utmost customer service And these women absolutely have that I hope that their boss knows how much they do for this company and that they get recognized for that each and every one of them plays a huge part in this coffee stand and it's exceptional business!!! Today’s visit was not as good as the other weekend visits. The person who took my order put in the wrong order. I had to repeat the order to the person making my drink. Secondly, it was not strong but rather weak Americano today, definitely not 3 espresso shots. (Way Too much water, not enough white chocolate powder) the turkey bacon sandwich was not very tasty or warmed all the way through. The person who made my drink was chatty (in a good way) and that was cool great personality. (Gave me a good tip on an item) The price I paid overall today was too high for the quality of food and beverage received. I know things happen and each day will be different. I still love mercury’s coffee company. Today was just an off day. I still recommend this location. I like it when they take their time and make everything correct and tasty. 😋 🤔😊 I Hope next visit will be...
