Hidden Grove is the PERFECT venue to host your wedding, rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, or corporate event! Located in the heart of Woodland, CA, this charming and chic property is a hidden gem that encapsulates modern garden and countryside.

We have planned weddings at The Maples and were SO excited to find out they opened a sister property. Hidden Grove is GORGEOUS and amazing for my couples who are looking for a property to host their special and intimate event. It has sooo many highlight features such as a spacious bridal suite with natural lighting for hair and makeup, a groom’s den with a pool table, built in bar, (with the cutest neon sign!), luxury portable restrooms and unlimited wedding photo spots!!

For my vendor friends, they have an air conditioned vendor room that we appreciate so much (if you know, you know!). On top of the stunning property, communication with your venue manager is key as a client and planner. Stephanie, Brianna and the entire Hidden Grove team are so down to earth, effective in their communication and are absolute joys to work with.

We absolutely LOVED our wedding at Hidden Grove. The staff were very helpful and professional leading up to the event and on the day of.

The things we didn’t love: we had to pay for extra hours in order to get ready at the event space the day of prior to noon. The gravel walkway from the parking lot to the event space and around the reception lawn were a challenge for our older guests. Would have loved to have had them paved. You do have to select some vendors from an approved list, which was a challenge if you’re on a budget, BUT all of the vendors we contacted and worked with were great.

Things we LOVED: the bridal/groom areas were perfect for us. The ceremony lawn was beautiful and like the perfect intimate space for our ceremony. The flow from space to space was seamless and made for an easy timeline. The bathrooms were clean, and comfortable for guests. We weren’t sure about the dance floor space prior to the event, but it ended up being great! Plenty of space for our 140 guests and still felt very connected to the dinner space for guests who wanted to stay sitting.

There are very few things that we could have changed about our wedding day! Highly recommend putting Hidden Grove on...

I cannot say anything but amazing things about this venue and their staff!! My husband and I had originally planned our wedding elsewhere but, due to the Caldor Fire, we had to move our venue the week before the wedding. Briana and her team were so accommodating and helpful in what would have been an incredibly stressful problem. The venue itself is amazing - perfectly tucked away and inviting. Unlike our original venue, Hidden Grove has an amazing little house on the property that served as the perfect place for me and my bridesmaids to get ready in, as well as the groomsmen and both of our families to hang out until the festivities began. The grounds flow so perfectly from ceremony to cocktail to reception. Our guests were shocked to learn about all the craziness we dealt with leading up to the big day because of how seamless everything turned out. Now I cannot imagine having my wedding anywhere else. 10/10, 5...
