I am trying to be understanding and patient as I know we are in a unique situation with Covid, however, with that being said, I submitted my order on April 27th, anticipated delivery date was May 22nd. Had I known at the time that the fulfillment center was closed, I would not have made the order, but this was not clearly stated at the time of purchase. On May 6th I received an email stating that the fulfillment center had recently reopened and the company was working to fulfill orders and that an email out be sent when orders were shipped. I sent a follow up email on May 23rd, just looking for a status update, no response it is now the 27th of May. I called the company and as of this moment have been on hold waiting for a representative for 20 minutes. My issue is not the delay, I understand that, it is the lack of communication regarding closure of the fulfillment center prior to submitting an order, a notice claiming delays isn't sufficient enough of an explanation for what is happening, I assumed the fact that my orders anticipated shipping date was a month out accounted for any delays in shipping, but the lack of sufficient communication and the lack of customer service is what I find most frustrating. Read moreI was originally asked about them and I gave them a 1 star rating. Because my order had not arrived and it was a Christmas gift. I kept getting generic answers to my emails. They refunded my shipping but really were not being helpful. I had ordered on the 12/3 and they shipped it 12/6. With and estimate time of delivery being 12/11. On the 12/17 I tried calling their 800 number. I was on hold for 48 minutes when the system hung up on me. I was mad. I finally start getting responses back through email. But as I said very generic response. Finally a team member named Nancy got my email. She gave me a heart felt response, made it so I could see the delivery action of my ornament. When I said I don’t even want it after everything I’ve been through and how upset I was with how things were handled. She refunded my money and said to keep the ornament. It arrived today. Packaged nicely! Came in a very nice bag. The ornament is super cute and nicely made. It is heavy so be warn you will have to find a sturdy branch or bend a fake tree to keep in on. I had said I was done and would never order from them again. Until Nancy did the right thing and made me happy and that my pure disappointment was an actual concern for her. Read moreI wish I could rate a negative star. I ordered custom gifts for my dad and stepdad for my wedding. The first shipment came broken. I called to let them know and the lady on the phone helped me get a replacement. When I got the replacement she typed my custom message incorrectly so I called for another replacement. I was on the phone with the other employee for a while making sure she pulled up my original order and copied it exactly so not to get another order wrong. Well when I got my second replacement, she put the first line in all caps and then left the other lines in lowercase. So again, not what I ordered. I decided to email so to physically type out my required message and leave no room for error. The person emailing me asked if I wished for a replacement or refund. I stated I wanted a replacement and left all the information they needed. They replied with a refund confirmation. My wedding is in 3 days and I’m just at a loss.
