I brought my phone here after it fell out of my pocket, cracking the screen. I have a Google Pixel 3, so I expected the wait for a replacement screen to arrive. After 3 days, I brought my phone in and Austin replaced it with no issue. A few days later, the screen started flashing green with a strobe-light effect. Since the replacement was under the 1 month warranty, I brought it back in. Austin told me he would fix it within an hour, but 4 hours later, he called my boyfriend to tell him that he had replaced the screen again, but in the process had somehow damaged my phone speaker and front-facing camera. He told us that he could order another camera part, but that Google doesn't sell speaker parts, so he couldn't completely fix the damage. He admitted that my phone was working properly before he replaced the screen and that he was unsure how he had further damaged it. Before I arrived, he put a screen protector on my phone and threw in a new case. I didn't ask for these attempts at an apology, nor did I want them.
3 days later, the camera part arrived and I brought my phone back in (for the 3rd time). I asked for a refund, which was denied. I was told that a refund would mean "they wouldn't make a profit." Eventually, the salesman (I'm not sure of his name, it wasn't Austin) agreed to give me the $40 deposit back. I'm not writing this review with any sort of malicious intent. I truly wouldn't bring my phone back here for a screen repair. After all is said and done, I still have a phone that doesn't have a functioning speaker, so I'm filing a claim...
   Read moreWe visited the store 4/2 to because the screen was lifting. The screen was replaced. 4/5 we came back into the store because the phone would randomly go to a black screen. We asked for a refund as we were well within our 14 day return period. Spoke with Ace & he wanted to trouble shoot the device. We had no time for that as we had already been in the store a few days ago. We STILL requested a refund for the purchase of the front screen. Originally purchased was the front & back screen $651 4/2. Ace advised fixing the screen will fix the problem. Again we wanted a refund so that we could go elsewhere. To add Ace wanted us to take a video of the screen going black which he denied that he said that. The screen was replaced 4/4. Today is 4/7 & randomly this morning the screen is black again. I contacted the store asking Ace for a refund. He declined. We are within a 14 day period by refund policy. Ace offered to take a look at the phone again I declined. It was expressed numerous times we are not in the area & don’t want to keep coming back. I am currently waiting for a phone call from corporate customer service. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB. I will update the review shortly. It’s hard to say the service was good when I am not pleased with the finished product. The phone is not working still. If it was an issue that needed to be looked into further the screen should not have been replaced a 2nd time. Fortunately, this amazing team came to the rescue! After T-Mobile told me my phone was beyond repair and offered no solutions, I walked into this store feeling defeated.
To my surprise, Shazy was there to help. He was not only incredibly knowledgeable about my phone issue but was also genuinely eager to provide a solution. His expertise and friendly demeanor made a world of difference in what could have been a very frustrating situation.
