Walls — Local services in Woodward

I love the store and the discounts but the manager is very rude makes me not wanna go back, I went to walls yesterday at 4000 Oklahoma Ave, Woodward, OK 73801and I was checking out I had pushed my cart Infront ofe and started putting the stuff I was buying on the counter Robin schimmel the manager was.bqgging and she yelled atw saying the items were not to pass the line that I needed to pull my cart back to where I couldn't reach the counter and when I was trying toove it back she started grabbingy items and throwing them to the front of the counter huffing, well I brushed it off checked out and went home. I had just gone there today around 3 and bought a movie for the digital code, I checked out went toy car and opened the movie to get the digital code put on my phone cause I wamted to watch the movie when I opened it the inside said the code would be on the receipt but it wasn't so I went right back inside and asked a cashier about it and he had no idea so he got a manager "Robin schimmel" I explained what happen and was very nice and she huffed at me flopped the movie back and forth and said we don't do return on movies but I guess I will smacking it on the counter she then asked for my card who h was my husband I did not have and I told her that she said they don't just give out money that I needed the card which is understanding so I called him and he came in as soon as he walked in her attitude change, and when I asked where the policy was for the movies she replied "it's already return leave it alone"

I don't understand why manager act like they rule...

This place is a joke! These people are ridiculous! Racist! On top of that they are so busy watching everyone like they sell top of line items. They need to get from behind that register and use those judging eyes to clean the store they protect so much. It’s so dirty. It’s hot and honestly the prices on the items are nuts. Might as well just go to Walmart. And people I hate to be the one to leave a bad review but I am a shopper and I love to shop I don’t care if the store is a mess or hot if the customer service is great then I would to continue to shop but when people are rude like they are in this store then nobody is ever going to be happy...

Prices here are always pretty good. The quality of a lot of it is questionable. The customer service is usually decent. my two boys and myself tried on several jeans, and the associate complained about having to put them all back on the racks. I work in retail and know that this is not appropriate. Yes, you can complain, but you should never complain to a paying customer. I gave a 3 star because she was nice when she saw that we bought most of them. I get that when it's busy, it can get frustrating, but at the same time, we have to be professional. I hope they get things worked out there with the staffing it has always been a great place to...
