Hurricane Lanes — Local services in Worland

We have had my daughter’s birthday parties there for the past couple of years ( since that is the only place fun here for a pre-teen and teen Birthday party). The owner has always made us feel unwelcome for who knows what reason? But this year was the worst experience ever. He got upset and was complaining because he was not informed of the Birthday party by the Elderly man (we went in and reserved the party since Tuesday last week) He told me that we could not take food beyond the red tables on top, but there was other family bowling and they had food and drinks down there where they were bowling, he threw me a ugly look when I came in with my foam cooler ( it was heavy and full of sodas and drinks) and he didn’t even offer to help me, he just watched me struggle with opening the 2 doors. And then he ignored us for like 7 minutes and kept on talking to another Lady when we were wanting to pay for the girls to stay for cosmic bowling. I can say he was helpful with letting the girls stay and play for free. It was a horrible experience and I was very disappointed with the way he treated me. And to be honest I was even scared to even bring in my Daughters Cake, just in case he would of told us that was not allowed in there. I hope no one else has to...

This is really a very nice bowling alley. Computer scoring, nice lighting, beautiful decorations, very helpful staff. I would recommend for any body looking for an activity to do in the area. New management....
