Well, it has been around 7-8 months since I purchased a vehicle from these guys, and figured now would be a time to write this after I had some time to cool off and all. Maybe if you’re purchasing brand new right off the lot they would be spectacular because they sure do love money. I would however stray away if you see a “good” deal on a car that isnt a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram lol. This was my first time going out and buying a car for myself so I was hesitant but trusted that buying from a dealership would be my best option and go from there. The sales people here in MY experience are great. Greg P. fantastic, the guy that does the finances and warranties, couldnt tell you his name because its been a while but a thick New York accent also fantastic person and truly cares about every customer. Good luck getting ahold of the owner and good luck understanding him. He seems kinda like that owner that owns the place but is always chilling at a country club not really knowing whats going on, but who knows maybe hes great. He’ll probably reply to this based off of every other bad comment hah which should tell you something in itself trying to be defensive and deflect their mistakes on the customer base but oh well take it with a grain of salt. I purchased a 2016 Honda Fit in January of 2023 with 133k miles for 12999 something like that? I was in a hurry to find something as my trade in was out of inspection xyz you know how it goes. Then by March it needs a new transmission hm okay I purchased a warranty so hopefully it covers it. It did just had my deductible.. cool. Then I get it back and the dash has new warning lights. Imagine that, the transmission shot out of the blue no warning lights at all then comes back with extra. I declined for them to do it because I didnt really want anything to do with them at this point but then had it back for maybe 2 weeks? around beginning of April comes and a louddddd squeaking is coming from the brakes and grinding that you can feel in the pedal which is also odd huh Susquehanna? I do remember getting the service records when I purchased the vehicle and said the brakes were great and everything checked out. Quote me for new rotors and pads 2ish months after purchasing a vehicle. Took me having to waste my time showing up to talk to service manager because nothing is getting resolved playing phone tag and him giving me a very basic 1st grade level answer and a poorly drawn diagram on the back of my service contract of how the brake system works in my car (I have changed brakes and rotors before so idk why he felt the need to explain but oh well he thinks he is in power here so keep it pushing) which I wouldnt be surprised if thats actually all he knows about it but its a honda car so ig I dont expect much out of him in that aspect. Then you know they made it right ? They did it for free would you ever guess that. In the first place it should have been handled then you quote me over 1000 for regular wear and tear but that wouldnt be right would it after two months. My car is back in the shop now at ciocca honda because the timing belt snapped (understandable at 140k miles). Brakes still are as loud and squeally as when I gave it to the dealership and...
Read moreI just wanted to share with you my experience with your service department specifically Steve. I had my 2018 Compass in for the engine replacement for a couple days. The service itself was fast and courteous as they had my car repaired in 2 days. On the other hand the process in which we had to return the loaner car was a little bit off putting. I received a phone call from Steve at 5:11 pm on Wednesday December 19, 2018 stating our car is ready to go. He said that the service department closes at 6 pm and he would really appreciate it if we could bring the loaner back and pick up our car because they are in need of loaners. I had mentioned to him that my husband was not home and but I would try to call him and see where he was at and maybe head that way to return the car. I also stated the we lived in the Dover area. So I called my husband and he happened to be in West York. I called Steve back and let him know that my husband would head to Wrightsville now but that he is coming from West York and plus he had to stop at the gas station to fill the car up with fuel and he will TRY to get there by 6 pm. Fast forward to 5:55 pm, I had just gotten off the phone with my husband and knew that he was next door from your dealership at the gas station filling up the car when Steve called again and asked if I thought my husband was going to make it in by 6 pm. I informed him that he would be because he was just next door getting gas. He then informed me that they closed at 6 pm and that he was going to just park our car out front and leave the key in a mailbox and he would give me a code. At this point, I thought to myself that he had the nerve to call us at 5:11 pm to have us bring the loaner back and fill up the tank, all the way from the other side of town, with route 30 traffic at that, to do him a favor but he can't even wait 2 more minutes for my husband to get there after I had already told him at 5 minutes before 6 pm when he called that my husband was next door. When my husband finally got to the dealership at 6:01 pm, he went to the front entrance and a salesperson walked him over to the service area, where employees were standing around, chit chatting. When the salesperson told them that my husband was there to pick up our vehicle and he gave them his name, some older gentleman said "Oh, we put your keys in the mailbox because your wife told us you wouldn't make it in." which is a lie. I understand that the department closes at 6 pm and people want to go home, but if your employee is going to ask a customer who already had to bring their brand new 2018 Compass with 5k miles on it to replace an engine and calling them 45 minutes before closing time and knowing that they live across town through rush hour route 30 traffic after they have been informed all of those things, I think staying 1 more minute to wait for that customer goes a long way, don't you think? We tried to do the right thing and go out of our way so your company could have a car to loan to another customer and this is how we are treated? I hate to complain, but I just wanted to bring this to your attention to possibly educate your staff better customer...
Read moreAbsolutely worst jeep dealership. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT GO HERE. I was a long time customer for over 10 years. Bought 3 vehicles from them. They sure have changed because the Manager and owner now do not care about the customers at all. Ryan sokoloff (owner) and Aaron Zolko (manager) couldn’t care less about your problems. I came in for a simple tire installation. I have a 2017 hard rock edition rubicon and for those that don’t know that was a special edition that came with special edition wheels. The wheels are black with a MACHINED lip. The tech destroyed the lips of the wheels. ALL 5! My wheels were in perfect condition prior to that. They did take responsibility for the damage. Which was surprising given what I know now. I of course wanted a new set of wheels but understanding how businesses work they were not willing to budge at all giving me that. Instead I was promised they could be repaired to FACTORY conditions and I wouldn’t be able to notice any difference at all. Wasn’t thrilled since I started with perfect wheels and ended up with messed up wheels but agreed to let them fix them since it was pretty much my only option. Fast forward a month later finally able To get them scheduled for repair. Got them back today…..For starters, they only sent out 4 wheels to be repaired. Forgot the spare. Apparently their top technician’s fault. The foreman. So the other 4 wheels….look terrible! Their idea of repairing my MACHINED lips was to PAINT THEM! The wheels now have silver painted lips instead of a nice machined Finish. The paint job looks amateur like someone rattle canned them. This was never agreed upon. I was told they would be repaired to factory condition. Factory to me means the lips would still be machined. According to the owner and manager the repair is “beyond satisfactory”. So now my special edition wheels that were in perfect condition now look like rattle can garbage. They are not willing to replace or repair the correct way. They think the paint looks good. If I would have been told ahead of time they would be painting them I wouldn’t have ever agreed to have them repaired that way. The whole experience was inconvenient and a huge waste of my time. And now I am out of a set of nice perfect wheels. I will never step foot in that place again and I advise you do the same.
Edit: Even their reply to my review just shows how they are completely ignoring the actual issue I am Having. I AGREED to have my wheels repaired. I never said I wouldn’t accept anything other than new wheels. It’s what I wanted, sure. But I was convinced by the owner the fix would be up to my standards and look how it did before it was damaged. And the problem they are ignoring is the fact they took wheels with a machined lip and painted them silver instead of repairing the wheel and keeping them machined like how they came from the factory and how they looked before THEY damaged them. Their reply is trying to make it look like I won’t accept these wheels cuz they’re not brand new. That’s not the case at all. This is why you don’t trust these snakes. Learn...
