I had a laptop completely refuse to start (don't remember the issue) and Jon was able to retrieve all of my files (business files, photos I had backed up). Jon was awesome with repairing my pc! I installed a m.2 drive that wouldn’t read, and he went above and beyond what I originally wanted him to do. (He put windows on the ssd and was going to clone the hard drive onto the ssd). All the other businesses I called had several day lead days, but I was able to drop it off with jon and get it back in 72 hours!
