I have asked Buddy Coblentz on the realistic lead time( I have been in construction business for almost 20 years most of it is open book to me) he replied 4-6 weeks. After paying $37K full payment in advance we finalized everything and asked that incompetent person is this all he said numerous times that this is all. I have waited for 4 weeks and decided to contact him to see where we at. Guess what!? This office worker Buddy Coblentz forgot to send me email where I had confirm some final selection he promptly interrupted me few times, no apologies at all, he maid look like this is my fault (politely) and I was too. After email debacle I asked him if delivery gets kicked back 4-6 weeks. He assured me that it won’t, he will make sure it is going to take 2-3 weeks!!! Guess freaking what! UPS! And he did it again 6 weeks instead. I warned the guy clean and clear in plain English that my property is fenced and gated and I will need day or 2 ahead with a phone call( I get phone calls on $100 deliveries from most of building suppliers and even HD now). Guess what!!! Buddy doesn’t call me! He emails me the same day that delivery is out , then after I didn’t reply on his email( I’m working man and have been spreading crushed stone with my guys in Avalon for a whole day busting our selfs) he emails me for a second time saying that I have to contact him to get the goods delivered. This company full of incompetent and lazy office workers who choose to seat on their b.. ts whole day long and not to call they customers. Long story short. 3 months in to it after full payment I still don’t have a pole barn and now I have to call and ask them how can we make it work. P.S.VERY IMPORTANT! AT THE VERY BEGINNING STAGE OF DEALING WITH THEM I HAVE ASKED ABOUT FINAL AND TOTAL AMOUNT HE GAVE IT TO ME BUT WHEN I CAME IN TO THE OFFICE HE UPPED IT BY ALMOST $2K SAYING THAT BEAMS WHERE NOT INCLUDED! Sold me siding and screws that had already began to rust on both ends and multiple spots that were damaged in the rolling process prior to installation. Although this was my 1st call to them it was a very positive experience, from the phone call to the finish was very smooth,that's hard to find in a business today,plus salesman Buddy didn't rush me off the phone answered my questions thoroughly even though he didn't know if he was going make a sale he advised me to my options and he will be getting my business as soon as I get back from Florida a pleasure to deal with and am looking forward to them...
