I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Pat, Brad, and Wayne. I stopped in a year ago just looking and Brad came out to greet us in the parking lot. I told him we were not yet ready to buy anything and Brad said “no worries I want you to leave knowing as much as possible about our machines and the lineup” . A year later my son and I stopped in again and bought a Mahindra 2126 tractor backhoe. The sales process was as smooth as could be. Before we left we picked up a CF Moto UForce 600 for my parents based on how well our first purchase went. I had a minor adjustment issue on the new tractor called up and Pat sent Wayne out to our home in Rome to immediately address the issue. We have since been back multiple times for accessories and add ons. Pat makes you feel like a friend when you are there. Pat took me and my 12 year old son through the entire showroom of muscle cars and custom hot rods and told us the history of each car in the line up. Brad was super knowledgeable on his inventory and specs during all of our time texting calling and in person. Wayne is an awesome service tech who would give you the shirt off his back if needed. They were very helpful with our tractor purchase. But sadly the PTO shafts on the brush hog bent the second time we went to use it. The dealer nor Kodiak would back the product even tho both said it should not have done that. If it was being used wrong it would have broken. They do not back up what they sell. We do love our tractor but I hope nothing goes wrong. I will not be going back to...
