Freedom fitness has equipment that allows true development beyond adequate. This offering has created a demand which requires some thought for access. Oftentimes it is near capacity because machines become clogged prohibiting flow for routines with multiple muscle groups. Tech could help by noting usage in an app or on a website. What I like, the energy is amazing. Everyone shares the space really well. Most are there to buddy up, lots of great chemistry. Plenty of competitive events to drive improvement. One of my biggest complaints is with the spacing as bench spoting requires you to climb over equipment. Cardio equipment is also jammed together and pushed up against the windows. Another issue is the limited hours of operation and inaccessibility through key fob. While I would not pay for a membership to Freedom Fitness Center, I'm glad to have access to a free gym with good staff...
