Ridiculous. The fact that there is only the self service or customer service to check out is insane. The lines are always long for both, they pay employees a wage to work and yet no regular lanes are ever open and the young lady at the self check out today clearly doesn’t know what she is doing, nor did she have any desire to attempt to help. We attempted to purchase a pair of PX brand basketball shorts, which were marked on sale, and when we rang them up it required the employee code to do so. She came over stating, “ It was a nice day till it wasn’t” and then scanned her card, then took the shorts and she attempted to scan them in for us. We got the same error. Her response was, “Do you even want them if it happens again?” I told her firmly yes we did. She then scanned her card and then scanned the shorts again and when it required a code she input it and then looked over the tag for a moment and told me “I can’t even get to inventory so I won’t be able to help you” and then she walked away to help other people. That was it, there was no call to another associate to get it rectified or alternative means to make the purchase. I continued to scan the remainder of our items and waited to see if she would return to offer some insight on how to complete the purchased but we ended up not being able to purchase the shorts because of her lack of even trying to do her job. When I attempted to pay an error popped again and she came over and I said i said I guess we can’t buy the shorts so she cleared the error for us to pay and took the shorts away. If the item is out of the floor and listed with a tag, and a sale sign then we should be able to purchase them. It is her job to determine how to best help us make that purchase. Either ensure the items are in the system if they are on the floor or ensure the staff is fully trained and willing to do their job to guarantee the customers are able to get what we want. What a joke! Just drive to the Navy exchange if you need anything. It’s...
Read moreI bought a computer here and it needed to be shipped in. After a couple weeks and no change in the order status I emailed the customer service center and they said it got there a week ago. It apparently has to be received and processed from the post office. The post office is 200ft from the front of the store. After 2 full weeks they still haven't "received" it yet even though its there. Since I went up there 2 times I decided to call the staff didnt give me anything more than it still needs to be received and we'll email you when its done..no specifics as when this apparently overwhelmed store will get around to it. She took my number to call back after "looking into it"..no call. I told her if they cant give it to me today just cancel it. Before I could finish speaking she just kept saying okay okay sir. This is the WORSE EXCHANGE. Do yourselves a HUGE favor and go...
Read moreThis store is a huge disappointment. Their selection tends to be limited, so buy it if you see it and think you need it. Not sure why they even claim to have a "ship to store" option since most items that you would use it for aren't available. Staff tends to be on the less helpful side. "We go where you go" is a sham statement, as they don't make an effort to carry even essential items. Example: my wife tried to purchase a crib for our baby due soon. They didn't have any options in store and made zero effort to help her order one to the store. More like "shop with us because we are your...
