Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen Andersen — Restaurant in Yigo Municipality

Ordered delivery today.. delivery was being tracked online as "delivered".. however our food did not arrive for another 30-45 minutes and a six piece order of jalapenos was missing. My wife informed the driver. He stated he would return with the order. 20 minutes pass and no jalapenos.. Poppeyes contacted with a response of "yes sir I am sending a driver. 20 more minutes pass and still no jalapenos... so I called again to cancel... thanks...

Food is what it is & to that end, good, but only a frozen corpse operates with less urgency & efficiency. I can only imagine management only gets few bad evaluations apparently (based on performance) because the barriers to file them take a degree in web surfing or how to's for Air Force ICE complaints. Id love to change my ranking, but I doubt anyone cares....

Food: great Popeyes because all Popeyes aren’t the same. Food is cooked well and seems hot every time I get it.

Service: the people working the counter are from Guam and extremely nice I love it.

Atmosphere: it’s in the BX so it’s kinda of not an atmosphere kind of place but it’s safe! Well most of Guam I’ve seen is safe.
