We had a very difficult time getting our dryer repaired. After I called to request service, it took multiple weeks before someone could come out, and I was given no estimate as to what day or time the service person would arrive. The first day the service person came out I received a phone call 10 minutes ahead of time expecting me to be able to meet him at my house, which was over 20 minutes away. I left work to meet him and waited while he diagnosed the problem. He told me what the problem was and that the part would have to be ordered. Another week and a half later, he came back and installed the part, only to determine that it was the wrong one. He promised I would not have to pay for the incorrect part and that the other part I needed was in the shop so they would be able to come back soon. After not hearing from him for another week, I finally called Lichti's myself, and the got the second repair scheduled. After the dryer was finally fixed, I received a bill for both parts, even though I did not need one and was told I would not have to pay for it. It was difficult to get a hold of someone to discuss my bill once I received it. Lichti's really needs to improve their customer service and the communication within their organization. Well not Lichti’s - I had the BEST experience dealing with the father when purchasing a stove, fridge, overhead, and dishwasher! That experience quickly came to an end when they moved in our appliances and destroyed my floor in front of the dishwasher, in front of the stove & on the way out the door! Pictures were sent and the son refuses to do anything about it! Then to top it off he called my husband a liar! Wow for a family owned business in a small town I am beyond disappointed!!
To add to it - I purchase my laundry detergent & my dish soap from them - NOT ANYMORE!
I was told at the time of the purchase how much better they are than any box store and the customer service was so great! Yup all lies! I sure hope they feel good about themselves!

This store has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I bought all new appliances from them 4 years ago and have had nothing but trouble with the refrigerator. They replaced a part for $146.00 to only have the same thing wrong a week later. They kept giving me the run around for 4 month. Until all the food in it spoiled as it wasn’t keeping it cold enough did they try to do something. The manufacturer agreed to refund me the purchase price but Lichtis would not let me have it unless I bought from them, pay $125 to have it delivered in town and $100 for using it the last 4 years. Since I will NEVER do business with them again I had to pay for a new one somewhere else and am still trying to get the money for the old one.
