Arrived a bit late due to company sending me to get another trailer. They loaded me somewhat quickly, about 2 hours it took. I received a phone call from a CA number which I didn’t realize was actually the number they would call from. When I went back inside for my bills I jokingly said that I wasn’t going to pick up because the phone number was a CA number. I guess the two guys took offense at that because once they pointed out it was labeled on the window that I didn’t pay any mind to, they starting laughing and murmuring to themselves.

Kind of childlike behavior, but whatever. They loaded me quick, but truthfully the people inside aren’t the nicest. Take from that...

1st time picking up. I informed dispatch I was going to be late for my 11am appointment, I arrived at 12pm and out with paperwork at 1300. I had small load so hand loading didn't take long. Everyone was pleasant, I had no issues. Like anyone we all have our bad days and all people aren't pleasant 24/7. I do my best not to let someone else's mood get to me. Expect to be here loading for a few hours. Hand loaded floor load. I wouldn't be late for my appt. That will only give them an excuse to hold you longer. And thankfully I was able to.load out of one door, some load out of 2 maybe 3 to get loaded. Good luck. I got very lucky and was loaded out of 1 door and spent 3 hours here. I was on time for my appt. Looks like 2 trucks could sleep...
