The day of our party was pretty hectic after I received a call that the pool we had rented months ago had to cancel our party due to an issue with the pool the day of my party. Which as you can imagine gave me little to no time to come up with something else. I made so many calls in an hour to figure out whatever I could to give my daughter a fun party and happened to be scrolling through marketplace and KY Jumping was listed. I immediately called them and spoke with Kelvin. I explained my situation and he immediately started telling me what he had available and how much it would be. Told me he could have it delivered in less than 3 hours! And I was 32 Miles away, I was blown away by how quick it was being that I had called an Inflatable place minutes from my house and was told that their delivery drivers didn’t want to add it to their schedule at 11am because they were done for the day. So hearing that KY Jumping could do it was a blessing! The process was so smooth and the guys he had delivering the slide waited while I was trying to find my keys to get the hookups they needed. It was a crazy day for me but KY Jumping helped alleviate the stress and got it all ready to go for my daughter’s party. Thank you so much for making my daughter’s party a success!
