I had the worst expirence here and will never return. I went in wanting highlights I already had light blonde hair, just wanting to freshen up my roots. I’ve been getting highlights 5 times a year for the last 5 years so it’s not something new. Arriving I was excited to have a fresh look. My hair stylist had just started working there and didn’t know the color line very well. She made many mistakes including not mixing developer in the toner. My hair when finished was Gold blonde not the light cool blonde I wanted and my roots were orange. Two days later I came back because she agreed she made a mistake and wanted to fix it. Going back the second time was a NIGHTMARE! In the process of trying to fix it my entire head turned bright orange. The owner came over because I got upset and kept repeating don’t worry when you leave you will love it. They colored it 3 more times. Everyone was placing blame on each other. The owner said don’t worry to the stylist we will do a training on color line. ( you probably should have done that before she ruined my hair!!!) I left with silver dark roots but after a week the color faded and turned orange again! They told me in store that day I would get my money back and they suggested I go elsewhere to fix it since they already colored it 4 time. I asked the stylist over text when I should see the refund on my card (I was VERY eager to get it fixed) she said to call the owner. After many times of trying to contact her she called me back soooo rude, saying I’m sorry you don’t like your hair and if you want it fixed to come back. I said no I would rather have the money so she refunded me half. My hair is ruined I have tried to get it fixed and now it’s brown ombré. I hate brown hair on me and it will take me months to get it back blonde. Every time I look in the mirror I want to cry! From having my hair died so many times trying to correct it my hair is damaged. I’m writing this review to warn others to go else where:...
Read moreScheduled a perm with Dee, went in wanting to add more defined curls to my hair. My hair already had a pretty good curl to it and I was looking to add curls with more spiral in it but didn’t want it be beach waves. When in the chair and looking at my hair she asked if I wanted a cut also and I declined telling her I had just shaved my head 3 years prior and this was the longest I have gotten since I was a kid. She informed me that a small trim would have to happen after the processing to cut of dead ends but that it would just be the ends. After processing in a literal trash bag she had gotten from the back of the salon for 25 mins, she proceeded to cut my hair all one length and to my shoulders. When putting some product in to help hold the curls she told me that if I see my hair start to frizz that I should add more product or leave in conditioner to my hair, so as she is trying to kind of style it I started to notice frizz and asked if that was the frizz she was talking about, she told me no that my hair is going to have some damage to it cause of the perm so that it was normal. The hair underneath is still straight and the hair on top are just waves. “Why didn’t you say anything in the chair” cause I’m the type of person that speaks before she thinks and I still needed my hair fixed so I just wanted to get out of there asap so I could call my bf and scream. When texting her THAT same night to tell her how unhappy I was with the results, she asked me to send pictures and wait 2 weeks before she could fix it. Have not heard a word from the stylist since and now one could only assume 3 weeks later that I’m out of the time frame the salon offers and will be out $230 with a shit hair cut and style. Choose wisely when scheduling as there is a cancellation fee and no refund policy. Reasons I gave two stars cause the front of house staff...
Read moreI didn’t want to leave a personal review for the girl who cut my hair because she was a genuinely nice person so I’ve decided to leave a review here. I do not get my hair cut professionally very often due to the fact that I have very long and very thick hair that I love! I decided I would for the first time in a few years. I booked myself for a women’s haircut and told the stylist I wanted longer curtain bangs, face framing pieces and layers. To start, she asked if I was tender headed - I said no as I am not. I’ve had thick and long hair my whole life however, I became tender headed this day. My hair was being ripped out with a comb. I could just see all of my hair being yanked out. She did a mediocre cut that took maybe 10 minutes. When she was done, she asked me if I wanted her to wash and style it or just throw it back up in a bun. On the website it says a women’s cut includes a wash and style for $45. I felt uncomfortable like I was being rushed and asked if she could because I was about to be charged for it anyways? Again, the girl was just completely rough with my hair and it hurt horribly! She blow dried my hair and that was it. My hair looked as bland as it did when I walked in. I asked her to cut my bangs a little shorter so it could look like I had just gotten a haircut. She did. She also mentioned to me that she had thinned out my hair! I was very upset but held it in as I don’t like confrontation. I do not like the look of thin hair although my hair doesn’t look thin now, it feels much thinner. I am so upset with my experience. This is why a lot of people choose to get their haircut by their friends, moms, or do it themselves. I felt rushed, unimportant, and am so unhappy...
