Terrible customer service and sloppy team working at both locations. Called same day to confirm a price for something I was selling and they wouldn’t honor the price upon arrival after driving 35 minutes to the location. To be clear I’ve spent over $1k at this location the last 2-3 months with my kids and recommended friends. Never again. Do not go here and go to Rally instead or literally anywhere else.

I see that you’re trying to cover this up by pointing fingers at me. I told the guy who answered on Monday I would be by this week to drop it off and he said okay. When I called and confirmed 3 days later he never said anything about a new price until I got to the store. Instead of calling or texting me you literally waited till I arrived. You and your staff are condescending to your customers and it shows....

Amazing store with great staff, fantastic selection of pokemon and sports TCG, and fair pricing! On March 9th, 2025 I had the pleasure of doing business with owner JB. I sold my Pokemon TCG Rumble set along with some full art trainers, and we both made a terrific profit. They offer great trade in value as well, I’ve been a return customer for many trips and I’ve definitely got more of my business coming their way. Furthermore, they do submit singles to PSA for an AMAZING price! I’m awaiting four for return. 10/10 service and price, please understand that the pokemon market is crazy and they need to make a profit to stay in business to be able to sell cards in a scalper heavy market. Bought off their tt live and had oversent $. Couldn’t find anything else I wanted so didn’t mind the difference and asked for my cards to be sent anyways. I guess my cards weren’t found and I would’ve just appreciated some communication instead of being left on read constantly. If refunds aren’t an option then just let me know and I would’ve accepted that. Making me rage like my pfp smh.
