Subway — Restaurant in Florida

Absolutely terrible. The woman making my sandwich tried to use rotten tomatoes. She used an absolutely filthy piece of paper to serve my sandwich to me, and to make matters worse, was on her phone literally the entire time. She acted like talking to her fiends on the phone was more clearly more important to her than my sandwich. My girlfriend ordered 3 slider. All came shoved in a small bag, and I swear to god not one of them had anything but the 1 protein that comes with it. None of the included onion, peppers, or spinach came on the sliders. To top it all off she was incredibly rude when she did decide to speak to me, while refused to look my direction at all. I work in a restaurant and have since I was young. I was absolutely appalled by the service I received from this subway. Avoid...

We have been to subways from Maine to south Florida and out west. So we have lots of subway experience. We order the same sandwiches. Sandwich maker was slow and I could hardly understand him. I asked for cold cuts with Xtra salami. The meat was very thin. The lettuce had brown.. I couldn't find sweetener for the teas. I saw him touching other things like the register then going back and making my sandwich. When I went back and questioned the meat, I told him that the cold cut comes with salami and we ordered Xtra salami, he said that he did that. So we were charged for Xtra meat and we basically didn't get it.. our table was dirty..we were here at lunch time..We won't be back and we live...

Clear misunderstanding on both sides, although to my defense, I have a hard time understanding what they’re saying. Ripped my youngest off at the register, clearly aware of the prior misunderstanding: Gave attitude when I walked back in. Zero customer service. Drama with coupons all the time before. Good Bye.
