If you are going to drop of a vehicle for Uhall at this location. But you feel skeptical of how shady this place looks. You six sense is working just fine. I rented this Uhall truck from a nice location in phoenix on Friday 9/10 around 6 pm. I had till Sunday 9/12 to return the vehicle, but I retuned it the same day at this Yuma location at around 10PM. I took pictures me dropping the vehicle off, putting the keys at the drop of box. Before I left I got to see the owner/Uhall representative that assured me I was in good hands and to drop off the vehicle, he said he got it. But still the owner of the market/representative from Uhall decided to return it till Monday. Which obviously meant I got charged an extra 84$ for late return. To start the owner representative of Uhall for this location has no manners. He answers the phone like if it was his house. “Hellow” I was like, where am I calling. After me and my girl fought with him over the phone he hung up. He told us to shut up too. Uhall needs to really investigate their self-broker representatives and stop hiring random people who don’t care about customers and just want to make money. Horrible Horrible place. DON’T GO TO THIS STORE/LOCATION FOR NOTHING. Also the guy threaten us sayin was going to pay for gas, when I left him with the same amount of gas I received the truck with. also have pics...
