I've had lunch at each of their two locations and most recently at the food truck, which really took me by surprise because it doesn't feel like a food truck at all. It has such a great vibe and almost feels like I'm sitting on the patio of a brick & mortar restaurant. I've had the fish taco twice and on this recent visit tried a shrimp taco as well. I've been eating fish tacos for 30+ years and I feel confident saying these are some of the best - if not the best - I've ever had. I still get a flavorful taste of fish through the appropriately fried and salted batter, topped with the crunch and subtle taste of cabbage, and a creaminess from the two different dressings - it all comes together in a simply delicious bite. Yuma siempre me ha decepcionado con su comida ya que por mi trabajo como truck driver conozco usa de pies a cabeza esta vez llegue aqui ya que por mis horas de manejo era lo único que tenía cerca de mi ubicación por foothills pare en un truck stop y decidí ir a probar suerte y la verdad decepcionado totalmente mi compañero pidió un cóctel y el jugo negro por salsa negra yo pedi una tostada de entrada igual lleno de salsas negras luego pedi tacos y la verdad estaban bien servidos en cantidad de verdura pero la corteza crujiente del pescado sin sabor las tortillas duras y al momento de pagar exagerado expensive extra expensive para la cantidad de comida para el sabor y el servicio ademas de lo que demoran y sin haber tantas personas y como truck driver no nos pesa pagar por un plato de comida pero necesitamos comer en lugares buenos nosotros no estamos en casa comemos en las carretas y restaurantes por necesidad nuestras familias dependen de nosotros si yo enfermo del estomago como voy a manejar tengan mucho cuidado y mas cuando sea seafood en este caso no puedo decir que nos hicieron daño mi critica es por el mal servicio la comida y lo expensive

Yuma has always disappointed me with its food since due to my work as a truck driver I know the USA inside out. This time I got here since due to my driving hours it was the only thing I had near my location through the foothills. I stopped at a truck stop and decided to try my luck and the truth is I was totally disappointed. My partner ordered a cocktail and the black juice for black sauce. I ordered a tostada as a starter also full of black sauces. Then I ordered tacos and the truth is they were well served in quantity of vegetables but the crunchy crust of the fish had no flavor, the tortillas were hard and at the time of paying they were exaggeratedly expensive extra expensive for the amount of food for the flavor and the service in addition to how long it takes and without there being so many people and as a truck driver it does not matter to us to pay for a plate of food but we need to eat in good places. We are not at home we eat at the carts and restaurants out of necessity our families depend on us. If I get sick to my stomach how am I going to drive be very careful and more so when it is seafood. First time at restraunt as we've always been at food cart. Even better! Tostada was HUGE! Fried shrimp with pico de gallo. Shrimp taco was crisp, fersh, and perfect as always. Tried a new taco ..Costa Taco..corn tortilla stuffed with shrimp and cheese served with a hint of their delicious black sauce. Then we had some of their airfried peppers stuffed with cream cheese and shrimp drizzled with the sweet black sauce.
