A super friendly gentleman that works here, and great quality meat. The thing about this place is that the owner is genuinely a good person. When the pandemic was raging along and there was panic buying in the major stores, he did not take advantage of his patrons. He could have EASILY made a killing by hiking his prices and selling his beans, rice, flour and bleach at astronomical prices, but he didn’t. And that right there is the reason I keep going back. Yes, the meat is great quality, but I know that I’m supporting small business and an ethical kind hearted person. Oh, and he gave me free beer once....

I’ve been a regular at this store for about 25 years. Through those years I have to say the current management has transformed the local corner store into somewhere I want to go instead of just convenience.
