MR Burros — Restaurant in Yuma

Ok saw a TikTok review about this place. And I was like that right down the street I gotta try it!

First impression super cute small quaint family-owned business. W e walked in , and there were three young men behind the counter who are so helpful and patient and answered all my questions, when helping me decide they gave great suggestions and i could tell they took great pride in thier business. The level of service was outstanding. we decided to get some carne asada fries, a chili relleno burrito and a breakfast burrito.

The portions , value and price point did not disappoint and far exceeded expectations. The flavor of the carne asada was tender and very well seasoned. the pico de gallo was fresh and I was impressed to learn that they opened as early as 5:00 a.m. so I could come get some breakfast burritos after a long night out.

Looking at other pictures posted online im looking forward to coming back and get a breakfast plate of their potatos and machaca . Im excited and very happy to find a new favorite place .

My only suggestion .... maybe have some more drink options, ( bottled waters) . And hopefully apply with the city for a beer license so I can have a Chelada with my...

It was a lazy Sunday and after a passionate morning of looking into my partners soul intensely we were quite famished. A quick google search brought us to Mr.Burro, it has little reviews, but a lot of promise. The outside facade is very quaint and appealing, canary yellow was my mother Bertha’s favorite color, I took that as a sign that she brought me there. I ordered the “Calizona” burrito, the gentlemen of honest eyes informed me that it was one of the best burritos on the menu. I am glad I put my trust in this man because it was one of the best burritos I’ve ever had in my life. The cheese was melty, the carne asada was a very generous amount, the guacamole was delicious, everything about the “Calizona” burrito was excellent. My partner ordered the “Choriza & Papa” burrito, he said it was made to perfection and the salsas available are curated to accompany the taste of the burritos. I am happy to give Mr.Burro 5 stars and I will continue to conduct business in this establishment. Glad to see good hombres being...

Very friendly and super helpful. Met the owner Martin and his two son's. I ordered the chilaquiles (great) that came with rice and beans. Wonderful. Also got a sample of the menudo (red for me) which was also wonderful. It came with all the trimmings; cilantro, onion, 3 salsas and on request chiltapines with a little grinder ( I like Hot). I even forgot to ask for tortillas I was loving the menudo so much. Only seats a dozen or so. All family plus a few employees. I got there for a late breakfast before hitting the road back to Tucson. What a find. It started getting really busy. Some great authentic Mexican I'm dying to try, I will return! I'm so happy I asked the desk clerk at the hotel where a good local place...
