I’ve been a regular since it opened. Just seconds from my house. It was convenient and dependable. As of this year it has become more of an annoyance than dependable. Either shelves are not stocked, or they’re closed at odd hours due to staffing. I get it when it comes to being short staffed, but it’s been months since the store has been staffed, stocked, and opened at its normal hours. Then when the store hours switch back to 8am to 10pm, customers are turned away at around 9 pm because they decided to close early due to slow traffic. Yes, that happened to a customer on a Friday evening about two weeks ago. The employee refused to sell to them because they had just closed. Maybe the traffic is too slow because customers no longer know or can depend on when it will be open these past few months. Or the inconvenience of the items that are being advertised are not stocked in the store. One thing I always see well stocked is the alcohol. Maybe if the store didn’t sell alcohol they could hire under the age of 19 years old. It would help with the staffing issues.
