County Line Pizza & Pub — Restaurant in Zanesville

Y'all this is the best pizza I have had in Indiana. Just a quick background on my love for pizza. I grew up in New Haven CT and anyone who know anything about pizza knows New Haven CT has the best pizza. Well I have lived in Indiana since 2011 and have not found pizza worth buying a second time until now. Not just a second time will we be buying but we have ordered more to bring home tonight.

The pizza is not just tasty but cut correctly into triangles not squares. The crust is cook to a perfect crisp making the dough having the right chewyness to it, the sauce is very nice not sweet at all which as a New Havener it means a lot. There is literally the perfect amount of cheese as well. We got pepperoni and bacon for topping and there was just the right amount of both on the pie not over doing it. We also ordered their garlic cheese bread which was friggin awesome! And I had a side salad..not my preferred blend of lettuce but it was a good portion and well put together. Our waitresses name was Tiffany and she was very sweet and attentive. Dan the owner came over and greeted us and was very informative as well as answered all my nosie questions without hesitation. County Line has some great online reviews so our family of 4 decided to make the jaunt to try it for ourselves. We are not disappointed! Their pizza prices are lower than we pay elsewhere and was better than most. They loaded the pizzas up with toppings too. It's a tiny little convenience store, located a bit off the beaten path so it would easily be missed if one didn't know it was there. I got classic Classic Cheese (14") with pepperoni, sausage, ham, green olives, and extra cheese. It was really good... Really, really good. The crust had a great firm texture with the right amount of chew. The toppings and cheese were very good. Cheese had the perfect taste and texture. However, the center of the pie (tips of the slices) were floppy. That was my only complaint and the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.
