They get one star because there is no way to give them 0, I'm extremely disappointed! So I put an order for a family member to be delivered, they took my money that same conversation, never call to let me know the delvery was made and worse, it didn't have any of the information I gave nor it was delivered where and to whom it was supposed to be delivered! To top it off I called to ask why the mistake and they refuse to refund of to deliver the gift to the proper place, to later call me a liar! Changed the story 5 times and justify his bad business practice. I was screamed at and talk on top during the all conversation. This is an abusive and sick way to conduct business and it must be stopped. They sadly stole my money and my family member didn't received her gift.
