Immediately upon booking via their website I was reached out to via text for confirmation of time and date of my event, and to answer any questions I had. They then followed up the week before the party for additional confirmation. They arrived early for setup and were very communicative about where to place the bounce house and how to use it. We even lucked out and got to keep the bounce house until the following afternoon (not sure this happens every time but my kids couldn't believe it!). We had a 4th of July party at our house this past weekend and the bounce house gals were amazing! We got the obstacle course which we connected to a water hose due to the heat outside. The equipment was all brand new and in perfect condition. All the children and adults enjoyed every minute! They actually were able to drop off the blow up off a few hours early so the kids had a little free time before everyone showed and we had more time for set up. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. In the past we used some of the bigger companies and the equipment wasn’t nearly as nice, also the communication was lack there of. Patrick came in for the save … This past weekend I had a parents worst nightmare happen, I had booked a bounce house with a company online I found through facebook ( checked and seen they had a website and all ) … paid for the slide and then when Friday came I had not heard back from said company and it was delivery day, I reached out and at this point I knew had been scammed and was frantically trying to look in to getting another slide I called 8-12 other places and no one had anything!! Then I got to Bounce house Gals I was crying as I asked would you happen to have anything left and to my surprise they did!! Patrick has us set up paid and delivered before I could even blink.
