I walked in this store wanting to buy a few cups of red salsa that is usually given with tacos. There was one lady in the kitchen of this store whos in charge of the hot food they sell. I stand there patiently waiting for her to greet me, take my order, something! But instead I get a quick glance and I was ignored for 15 minutes while standing there. By this time in fed up and I say are u going to take my order? And she’s proceeds to tell me I didn’t prepay..... 1. I didn’t know I had to 2. I only wanted the 50 cent salsa.. so I tell her that and she says I can’t just buy the salsa and I have to buy and huge tub of it for $5.... this was the worst customer service and I will not be returning there. Never answers the phone for any reason at all. You have to go order at the grill, then go pay at the register before they can even make your order, then go back to the grill. So the back and forth is a lot. It would be best to put a sign up to order at the register first. These are the least fatty tacos in the entire plaza for sure. Each steak taco is 3.00 and burrito is 8.00. The guy at the register said the kitchen is usually open till 11am. They no longer serve limes here since covid. If I could leave one star I would it smells so bad don’t shower with clean clothes before you go in you will smell like it all day.
