This airport was surprisingly good for the area is serving and the ridiculously low traffic going on there.

No secret air traffic here is far from being busy, with a few dozens of daily flights this airport felt easy to navigate and very much renovated and modern. I had the feeling of being in a bigger airport and in my opinion better than Saigon airport which supposed to be the second largest airport in Vietnam.

Tôi có đặt 2 vé cho người thân tôi bay từ Huế về HCM, tổng 02 vé là 4tr5. Chuyến bay bị delay 02 lần từ 19h30 qua 22h30, nhưng cũng ko vấn đề gì vì đã được thông báo trước. Điều đáng LÊN ÁN ở đây là nhân viên sân bay Huế - LÊ VIẾT NGHĨA của hãng Vietjet đã LỢI DỤNG việc người thân tôi lần đầu đi máy bay, thiếu thông tin, nhân viên LÊ VIẾT NGHĨA này đã LỪA ĐẢO bán gói hành lí giá 450,000 (gói 40kg) cho người thân tôi, trong khi vali mang theo chỉ 15kg.

Thứ 2, nhân viên này LƯƠN LẸO up-sale thêm cho người thân tôi bù tiền đổi ghế, trong khi tôi đã check-in online cho gia đình tôi rồi. Ngoài ra nhân viên này còn CỐ TÌNH dùng tiếng địa phương nói chuyện rất nhanh để người thân tôi bối rối, ko nắm được thông tin. Đến khi tôi gọi để nói chuyện trực tiếp thì nv LÊ VIẾT NGHĨA cắt ngang rằng: “Hoá đơn chuẩn bị xuất rồi. Không hỗ trợ được” Nhân viên không có đạo đức nghề nghiệp thế này chỉ làm xấu mặt mũi hãng bay Vietjet, sân bay Phú Bài- Huế, và nghề tiếp viên hàng không.

I booked 2 tickets for my friend to fly from Hue to HCM, the total cost of 2 tickets was 4.5 million. The trip was delayed 2 times from 19:30 to 22:30, but there were no problems that were previously reported.
