Absolutely unacceptable experience. I waited 20 minutes for a croissant and a banana cake. During that time, I was brought a bottle of water I never ordered, which was, of course, charged. Then the banana cake finally arrives—only to be dropped on the floor right in front of me. As for the croissant? Apparently out of stock, but only after they took my money.
I asked for a full refund, as none of what I paid for was served properly. They refused and gave me back only 35,000 out of the 89,000 I paid. So, let’s recap: – Water I never ordered: charged. – Croissant: never served, no stock. – Banana cake: dropped on the ground. And I still don’t get a full refund?
