We stupidly went on the weekend. It was so unbelievably busy even early in the morning. We had pre-purchase tickets online (which they suggest to do to save time) and still had to wait for almost an hour in the same line as people who needed to purchase tickets. Keep in mind no AC or fans so the room gets incredibly hot. I know it's Vietnam and it's obviously a hot part of the world but everyone in there was struggling. An elderly lady actually collapsed from the heat. Then after that line, we had another line to join for about half an hour but at least this one had fans in the room. Read moreHotel and website said the cable car opens at 8am and 830am respectively and we were there at 8am. However, all staff are not prepared and treated customers very poorly....chasing people out with a very unpleasant tone. Unreasonable and expect those who reached first to requeue. This is too much. This is wasting people's time and you should hear customer's concern and not dismissed it!!! It would have been nicer to redirect those who came earlier to the start of the waiting area and not just chase people out like this. Very...

No food, snack, water or drink is allowed in your backpacks/bags, ostensibly for your safety, and there is a bag check person posted at the entrance queue to enforce compliance. We rode a similar system to Fansipan peak in Sapa and there is no such regulation. So this is more like an effort to push you to spend on their inflated price supplies on the other side, your special dietary need, if...
