THANH VÂN VILLA — Hotel in Nha Trang City

My family and I had a wonderful experience at Thanh Van Villa. The home is as described. Everything is good working condition. Information is clear (no hidden charge). The booking agent is supper responsive and communicating with us well. Everything else is well-taken care of by the housekeeper, Hiền. She’s very respectful of tour family time. She’s helpful when I needed help with some grocery shopping. She always keeps the place stock up with things we need. Sweet, hard-working young lady. And because she is the only housekeeper of this home, she knows everything about it including how to operate all the equipment in the home. Check in is a piece of cake. Hiền was there to show us everything we need to know. The infinity pool and the view are a big plus for us. We had 2 little kids (4 and under) and we felt very safe with this home. The piano! I love this little detail. We utilized it quite a bit. The plants around the home make it feel peaceful and homey. You can tell that the owner set this place up as a home and not just an Airbnb. I do recommend that the bed room in the main floor has 2 beds for the elderly couple (like my parents) in case they need to sleep in separate beds due to health condition.
