A well thought out setup with a good selection of past relics and displays covering most if not everything from decades ago.
The way they set up all the buildings like you are walking through a small town village.
A lot of fully restored machines and past devices that were used back in the past times. Very well presented and designs with motion sensor activated devices to make you feel like you are there again. With the original auction shed of Ray White Real estate, with a mix of the history and more present display in there auction shed.
Enjoyable time and staff at complex.

A gorgeous display of the area's Colonial history, with a collection of everything from machinery and specimens to fine china and artwork for you to admire and appreciate.
The volunteers here are very knowledgeable and passionate about the museum, definitely come by to learn more about the history of Queensland and bring your family too!
10$ is nothing to gain access to the village which you could easily wander for hours, and your money will go straight to keeping the place beautifully maintained!

Amazing place. You can really feel the sense of how people lived in this village. With 21 buildings to explore, they've covered everything. Each building is as awesome as the one before. At $25 a family, it took us 2 hours to see everything. In the end we had to rush though as they were closing. I guess we dawdled a little too much to start. Highly recommend this place. It's a full on touch and feel experience, which makes this a very special place to visit.

Absolutely fantastic! This Historical museum is so we'll set out that you get a sense of how people moved about and lived in the village. By far the best whole display I have seen. At $25 a family, it is definitely worth stopping by. We took our 3 young adult sons and each of them loved everything they saw. You can touch and feel as you go which makes it a wonderful experience.

Crows Nest offers a unique and vintage museum experience that beautifully showcases life from many years ago. The exhibits are thoughtfully curated and give a genuine feel of the past. Everything is well maintained, spotlessly clean, and the friendly staff add a welcoming touch. It was a truly memorable visit—perfect for anyone interested in history and heritage.

Peaceful place to feel in touch with the Australian Bush. This is it! Frogs breeping, birds fly past your ears, creek turns into swimable lagoon pools, huge river rocks, wattle trees.

Nice walk along the creek with signposts to the interesting areas. Some of the trees have identifying notes on signs. Seats along the path in several rest spots.
