Lomonosov is known for the vast Oranienbaum estate, home to the baroque-style Grand Menshikov Palace, Catherine the Great's Chinese Palace, and Tsar Peter III's bachelor palace. Ponds and sculptures are found in Oranienbaum Park's woodland, and bars and cafes line Dvortsovyy Prospekt, near the Lomonosov Museum of Local Lore. On the Gulf of Finland's southern coast, Yantar Beach features a campsite and public art.
