"58/100: Trying 100 Restaurants with My Boyfriend in Boston ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ

Cloud & Pepper โ€“ Taste of Yunnan โ˜๏ธ Donโ€™t miss this place if youโ€™re into beautiful, flavorful Yunnan cuisine!! Highly recommend ๐Ÿ’— I absolutely love chewy, tangy, and spicy dishes โ€” this restaurant offers a unique experience in Boston. ๐Ÿก Strongly recommend the stir-fried rice noodles (Er Si) โ€” chewy like rice cakes, fried with egg and pickled veggies. So good! The grilled fish with lemongrass was also tasty ๐ŸŸ๐ŸŒฟ โ€” a mix of citrusy and spicy thatโ€™ll win over anyone who loves bold flavors. ๐Ÿฅฅ Pao Lu Da โ€” basically a coconut sago drink ๐Ÿฅ›. Light and not too sweet, with coconut flakes and toasted bread. Worth a try! ๐Ÿง‰ Sticky rice balls โ€” so soft and chewy, even better than many mochi in Boston dessert shops ๐Ÿ˜‹. ๐Ÿฒ Cordyceps flower steamed chicken soup โ€” maybe Iโ€™ve been craving soup too much lately, but I expected a richer broth. It was a bit oily and not as deep in flavor, but the chicken and cordyceps were nice. โœจ๐Ÿฅบ A year ago, Kemi and I had our first meal together right here. Coming back now, the menu seems different โ€” a lot has changed. Still, the vibe remains lovely with strong Yunnan character, and the service was great. Definitely worth a visit! ๐Ÿ“ 1721 Washington St, Boston, MA 02118 #BostonFood #YunnanCuisine #BostonEats #FoodieAdventure #BostonLife #ChineseFood #UniLife #ExploreBoston #BostonDateSpot
