"58/100: Trying 100 Restaurants with My Boyfriend in Boston ๐ฝ๏ธ
Cloud & Pepper โ Taste of Yunnan โ๏ธ Donโt miss this place if youโre into beautiful, flavorful Yunnan cuisine!! Highly recommend ๐ I absolutely love chewy, tangy, and spicy dishes โ this restaurant offers a unique experience in Boston. ๐ก Strongly recommend the stir-fried rice noodles (Er Si) โ chewy like rice cakes, fried with egg and pickled veggies. So good! The grilled fish with lemongrass was also tasty ๐๐ฟ โ a mix of citrusy and spicy thatโll win over anyone who loves bold flavors. ๐ฅฅ Pao Lu Da โ basically a coconut sago drink ๐ฅ. Light and not too sweet, with coconut flakes and toasted bread. Worth a try! ๐ง Sticky rice balls โ so soft and chewy, even better than many mochi in Boston dessert shops ๐. ๐ฒ Cordyceps flower steamed chicken soup โ maybe Iโve been craving soup too much lately, but I expected a richer broth. It was a bit oily and not as deep in flavor, but the chicken and cordyceps were nice. โจ๐ฅบ A year ago, Kemi and I had our first meal together right here. Coming back now, the menu seems different โ a lot has changed. Still, the vibe remains lovely with strong Yunnan character, and the service was great. Definitely worth a visit! ๐ 1721 Washington St, Boston, MA 02118 #BostonFood #YunnanCuisine #BostonEats #FoodieAdventure #BostonLife #ChineseFood #UniLife #ExploreBoston #BostonDateSpot
