"58/100: Trying 100 Restaurants with My Boyfriend in Boston 🍽️

Cloud & Pepper – Taste of Yunnan ☁️ Don’t miss this place if you’re into beautiful, flavorful Yunnan cuisine!! Highly recommend 💗 I absolutely love chewy, tangy, and spicy dishes — this restaurant offers a unique experience in Boston. 🍡 Strongly recommend the stir-fried rice noodles (Er Si) — chewy like rice cakes, fried with egg and pickled veggies. So good! The grilled fish with lemongrass was also tasty 🐟🌿 — a mix of citrusy and spicy that’ll win over anyone who loves bold flavors. 🥥 Pao Lu Da — basically a coconut sago drink 🥛. Light and not too sweet, with coconut flakes and toasted bread. Worth a try! 🧉 Sticky rice balls — so soft and chewy, even better than many mochi in Boston dessert shops 😋. 🍲 Cordyceps flower steamed chicken soup — maybe I’ve been craving soup too much lately, but I expected a richer broth. It was a bit oily and not as deep in flavor, but the chicken and cordyceps were nice. ✨🥺 A year ago, Kemi and I had our first meal together right here. Coming back now, the menu seems different — a lot has changed. Still, the vibe remains lovely with strong Yunnan character, and the service was great. Definitely worth a visit! 📍 1721 Washington St, Boston, MA 02118 #BostonFood #YunnanCuisine #BostonEats #FoodieAdventure #BostonLife #ChineseFood #UniLife #ExploreBoston #BostonDateSpot
