"Boss, bring me your best drink in Louisville!" đ§â¨
Day 1: "Boss, give me your most popular drinkâand add that rose popping bubble you wrote on the little blackboard!" The girl handed me a Crafted Peaches and Cream Bubble Tea. Real peach bits đ, and if I remember correctly, the base was Thai milk tea. It was pretty decent, but the mix with the foam made it interesting. I thought, âNot badâIâd come back for this.â đ Second time: "Boss, hit me with something uniqueâsomething other bubble tea shops donât have!" She made me a Mermaid drink (I like to call it "Little Mermaid" đ§ââď¸) and highly recommended adding lychee popping bubbles. Light and refreshingâpretty sure itâs a kind of lemonade refresher. I even suspect they use real lemons đâway different from cheap lemonade. Plus, itâs totally Instagram-worthy. That day I went up to the second floor and realized⌠this place is full of surprises! đ Third time: "Boss, Iâve tried your popular onesânow gimme something delicious!" She asked, "Have you tried the Strawberry Coconut?" One word: Heaven đ¤¤. Itâs somewhere between milk tea and a milkshake. If you like milkshakes, youâll love this. So glad I got popping bubbles instead of regular bobaâitâd be too thick otherwise. So yummy and so girly đâeven prettier and tastier than Starbucksâ Pink Drink! Fourth time: "Boss, I just finished my drinkânow get me something watery!" She suggested, "How about a Lavender Lemonade Refresher?" Me: "Letâs do it!" Well⌠unless youâve used a certain famous brandâs lavender hand cream or toner abroad, this mightâve been a fantastic experience đ . The lavender flavor was strong⌠very strong. Today: "Boss, make me something FANCY!" She smiled, "We just sold out of Cookie Cream, but how about I make you a Funfetti Cake? Actually, Blueberry Basil is great too." After quickly searching âFunfettiâ on my phone đą, I said, "Letâs go with Funfetti Cake!" It came out looking like a Frappuccinoâsuper photogenic đ, and tasted great too. So fragrant! Me: "This is like drinkable pudding!" đŽ Went down for another round: "Boss, now I want the Blueberry Basil!" She cheerfully took my payment and tip đľ, and made another one super fast. First sip: Oh. My. God. So worth it! đ Didnât expect it to be sweet and tangyâperfect for summer! Just like how purple perilla, peach, and ginger work together, blueberry and basil blend perfectly. Best enjoyed before the ice melts âď¸. #LouisvilleKentucky #MediterraneanFood #FoodieExperience
