📍 Moments Restaurant With a crazy-high Google rating of 4.9⭐, we walked 30 mins along the coast at night—watching Kotor Old Town’s lights glow 💡, the sea darken 🌊, and mountains fade into shadows. Just after entering, a young woman (the host!) said she’d followed us, then gave us 20% OFF 🎉! 🎏 THE FOOD: 🪄 Duck Breast: Absolute MAGIC ✨! That sweet glaze = HEAVEN. 🪄 Beef Cheek: MELT-IN-MOUTH tender 😭. Mashed potatoes w/ rice flour (tasted uniquely Chinese!). 🪄 Eggplant Salad: My FAVE 💚! Grilled eggplant + refreshing dressing = PERFECT. 🪄 Beef Tartare: Crispy base = GENIUS 👑. (Sadly, my friend skipped the raw meat 😅) 🏮 Seriously... HOW DO THEY COOK LIKE THIS?! 🪄 Tom Yum soup & Saffron Curry Shrimp were good too, but couldn’t top the "Fantastic Four"! 👑 Chef clearly has Asian influence 🌏. 🧧 We secretly planned a birthday surprise🎂... but the owner found out!
